Welcome to Bustrmrkt! These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern access, participation and use of the platform: Bustrmrkt, a digital & live recurring marketplace hosted by Bustr Media Enterprise Ltd., for creators and businesses in the fields of gaming, literature, art, product design, food, fashion, music and film. These terms are binding upon registration and apply to each and every market held under the Bustrmrkt brand.
References & Definitions
Preliminary Registration Form (PRF) – the initial registration to receive updates and gain access to forms for registering for specific markets i.e. not a registration for any particular market but a general notice of participation
Marketplace Registration Form (MRF) – the specific registration for marketplaces that vendors registered through the PRF are delivered or given access to per market pop-up, soliciting information on station set-ups, product listings, requests for additional services and any attendance or special requirements details or requests.
Market Tour Procedure (MTP) – the overview, governing system and structure of live marketplaces as outlined on RS with guidelines as to signing up, staying up-to-date, requesting extra services & market day runnings.
Vendor Rules & Regulations (VRR) – the practices & rehashes of general stipulations for marketplaces in a concise format consistent with MTP & clauses herein.
Special Rules & Regulations (SRR) – marketplace-specific rules & regulations for both vendors & audiences, noticed upon invitation to participate in any particular market date/venue.. The vendor may not stipulate or control who registered products are sold or distributed to. Any attempt to prohibit or deter sales on a product may result in a breach worthy of permanent banning from use of all Bustr platforms.

In reference to any MTP, VRR, SRR or noticed to on RS, the following terms take effect for ALL registered participants of upcoming markets:
1. Platforms
Free access: Bustrmrkt: Live or Digital may be free of access to qualifying vendors registered for a market tour or otherwise invited to participate. This participation will be subject to compensation via a prize contribution or profit share that is determined to be adequate by Bustr. Only creatives or creative businesses or creative-related products may qualify for free access. Only vendors (in any category) who are designers, originators or creators of their products may be considered for free participation.
Paid access: Bustrmrkt: Live or Digital may have paid participation options at varying costs determinant on the marketplace, business-scale or type or vendor set-up.
Capacity: YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO BUSTRMRKT TERMS OR, IF YOU ARE NOT, (1) THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED PARENTAL OR GUARDIAN CONSENT, OR (2) THAT YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN ACTED ON YOUR BEHALF, TO ENTER INTO BUSTRMRKT TERMS.
Modifications: Bustr may modify Bustrmrkt Terms periodically. In such a case, Bustr will indicate to you within every new marketplace application form the last updated terms or make notice within the RS that it intends to modify Bustrmrkt Terms, and unless otherwise stipulated, the modifications will come into effect when you agree to the modifications upon filling out the application form for the next marketplace after such modifications. If you do not agree to such modifications, you may temporarily suspend participation for the upcoming marketplace(s).
Data: Any personal information collected and used by Bustr in relation to your participation within Bustrmrkt will be handled in accordance with Bustr’s privacy policy or the privacy notice separately presented to you.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Evaluation: Every new market requires new registration through the MRF which includes submission of a full product and price list, details of the prize contribution (if applicable), concierge request (if applicable) and any request for extra services (ads, press, station enhancement). Registration begins the evaluative process for qualifying a vendor for a market and does not guarantee participation or that requests may be fulfilled. Registrations beyond deadlines may not be considered.
Vendors: To sell on Bustrmrkt, you must pass the vendor approval process, which includes identity verification and security checks through MRFs for every new marketplace.
Consumers: Anyone can browse and buy products on Bustrmrkt. The vendor may not stipulate or control who registered products are sold or distributed to. Any attempt to prohibit or deter sales on a product may result in a breach worthy of permanent banning from use of all Bustr platforms.
Products: Bustr may restrict the selling of certain products at their sole discretion where previous acceptance of a product may not assume acceptance at every marketplace.
Bustr reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
3. Copyright
Representation: Products sold by a vendor on Bustrmrkt are to be copyrighted works that are the exclusive intellectual property of the vendor, or by registering such products the vendor warrants that they are the sole proprietor or have been granted permission or license to sell products.
Flags: Any products identified to contain copyrighted works not belonging to the vendor may be noticed to the vendor and result in immediate removal or suspension of that product where the vendor may be subject to suspension from further markets. Upon suspension the vendor has a limited time of 30 days to respond to copyright flags otherwise may result in permanent banning from use of all Bustr platforms.
Warranty: Vendors retain full ownership of their intellectual property. Any listed products sold, promoted or on display via Bustrmrkt may not automatically be a licensed product of Bustr.
4. Compensation & Participation
Free Participation: ‘Free’ participation at Bustrmrkt refers to the two<br>participation offers herein referred to as ‘Profit Share’ & ‘Prize Contribution’ that work as compensation for vendor participation at Bustrmrkt. ‘Free’ participation in Bustrmrkt is a limited offer that apply to Game Developers, Authors, Artists, Fashion Designers, Filmmakers & Musicians who qualify as creators or creative businesses (‘Free Participant’) with IP-related products associated to those categories. Vendors who qualify in this category may benefit from prizing systems where their products may be attached to market special offers to incentivize sales. This participation option is offered per market and may not be granted for the full duration of tours or campaigns.
Paid Participation: If ‘free’ participation is not available to a vendor, they may be charged a fee for their participation in Bustrmrkt determinant by Bustr. This fee is non-negotiable. This fee may not be a fixed amount and may vary per vendor, vendor category and market.
Discounted Participation: ‘Discounted’ participation may be offered to participants who contain a diverse list of products that partially qualify them for ‘free’ participation, in which they may be charged a discounted fee for participation and may access free participant benefits for their qualified products. Arrangements as to details of this type of participation may vary per vendor, vendor category and market.
Qualification: Vendors who creative products who may not be considered for free participation include retailers or vendors who import, collect or purchase products for resale where they are not the originators of the products on sale. These vendors may qualify for paid or discounted participation.
Currency: Any monetary exchanges, payouts and denominations expressed or referenced on Bustrmrkt will default to Trinidad & Tobago Dollars unless otherwise stated.
5. Profit Share
By default, vendors who may qualify for ‘free’ participation operate under a profit share model whereby Bustr retains a percentage of sales revenue.
Rate: The profit share rate may vary per vendor, vendor category and event and is communicated to vendors prior to each market, AFTER filling out the MRF. Vendors reserve the right to accept or reject rates. Rates may be granted a negotiating period before the market. Rejections of rates must be communicated and may not extend beyond the granted negotiating period.
Live Markets: Bustrmrkt (live) operates through a ticketing system where cash on sales are managed by Bustr personnel within ticket booths. Vendors will receive their net earnings after the Bustr share is deducted and total sales are verified using: physical customer ticket receipts & sales records maintained by Bustr personnel based on listings and participation details. Ticket receipts are kept by both Bustr personnel and the vendor, serving as the warranty for the vendor in ensuring they receive accurate earnings. In the event of any misplacement of ticket receipts, net earnings may be verified through the sales records. Sales records will be viewable to the vendor digitally on a shared & live updated spreadsheet.
6. Prize Contribution
Offer: Vendors may be granted a prize contribution participation option where the vendor sponsors an item to the market to be offered as a ‘prize’ to attendees or customers within Bustrmrkt in exchange for free or discounted participation & special offers at Bustrmrkt.
License: Any items supplied to Bustr within this participation option results in a transfer of license to Bustr for the re-selling, advertisement, control & use of that product within Bustrmrkt at Bustr’s sole-discretion without attachment to the vendor. This license is non-exclusive, irrevocable and specific to the sponsored item in the quantity and form contributed. This license does not grant Bustr the copyright to alter, replicate, re-manufacture or distribute the sponsored outside of Bustrmrkt nor make representation as the proprietor of in which credit to the owner(s) or creator(s) must be given where possible & necessary.
Any products elected for a ‘prize’ must undergo review and meet the approval criteria. Approval criteria may vary and factor in price, quality, quantity and value to the specific market’s audience and their interests (collected via RSVP forms). The elected product must be approved as a prize for vendors to assume this participation offer, otherwise they default to the last stated profit share option and percentage for the upcoming market. Approval periods end at 3 days before the event. Vendors may resubmit their prize offer via email any number of times before this deadline.
Products approved as prizes must be delivered at a minimum of 3 days from the event to Bustr’s noticed storage location where one of Bustr’s personnel will sign and supply a receipt to the vendor to verify it’s collection.
Non-creative Vendors: Vendors who do not qualify as a free participant may sponsor items to access free participation. However, these vendors may not benefit from special offers or prizing systems associated with Bustrmrkt to the capacity of a free participant.
7. Additional Services
Vendors may request additional services via an PRF, MRF or by contacting Bustr through any one of its contact interfaces or agents.
All additional services are rendered over a limited amount of time. Upon request for such services, additional terms & compensation may apply via the signing of an external, bilateral agreement with Bustr.
Marketing
Vendors who request advertisement, press, or market analysis services grant Bustr Media Enterprise a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and publicly display any submitted content (including logos, product images, slogans, brand materials, or likenesses) solely for the purposes of: 1) Promotional campaigns 2) Social media and press distribution 3) Content marketing 4) Syndicated media output 5) Market analysis reports and internal research.
By participating in these services, vendors acknowledge and agree that: 1) Bustr Media may adapt or reformat content for visual and platform optimization. 2) Approved assets may appear in third-party promotional outlets or in compiled market performance summaries. 3) Vendor content may be reused across multiple markets for brand consistency unless otherwise revoked in writing.
Any withdrawal of this license must be communicated to Bustr in writing and will not apply retroactively to already published material.
Production & Development
Where Bustr contributes to the development, design, or production of vendor materials — including but not limited to: 1.) Custom booth/station enhancements 2) Branded graphics or signage 3) Multimedia content such as trailers, product displays, or collaborative digital assets, 4) Scripted or narrated material, 5) Visual styling or layout designs— the following terms apply:
Joint Ownership: The resulting materials are jointly owned. Bustr holds a non exclusive, irrevocable right to use or reproduce the materials for promotional or archival purposes.
Use: Vendors may use any materials developed by Bustr for their own promotion or display, including outside of Bustrmrkt, provided that: Bustr is credited for creative work where appropriate (e.g., “Visuals by Bustr Media”) and Bustr’s original contributions (e.g., design elements, enhancements) are not altered for resale unless covered below
Sale: Resale of co-produced material (digital or physical) where Bustr’s contribution is more than 25% is strictly prohibited, unless approved via a signed agreement, defining: 1) Approved items for sale 2) Revenue share (if any) 3) Rights to reproduce Bustr-designed assets for profit.
Exclusivity: If a vendor wishes to own exclusive rights to content produced by Bustr (e.g., marketing videos, merchandise etc.), a separate content release agreement and buyout fee must be arranged and approved in writing.
Source Files: All original design files, templates, or proprietary tools remain property of Bustr Media Enterprise, unless otherwise transferred via contract.
Stand Set-ups
Event maps & layouts for vendor stands may be controlled by Bustr or Bustr assigned personnel in alignment with rules and regulations as to the content of the vendor’s products, their category or availability of stands.
Information as to layouts or event maps may be available via the ‘Terminal’ section on the RS.
Vendors may not claim stands in advance, but vendors may have the freedom to assign themselves a table of their choosing on a first-come-first-served basis on the day of the event. Stands that are claimed on the day may not be relinquished or switched out for another occupied stand.
If necessary, after review and approval of a vendor’s MRF submission, a vendor may be given a specific layout that may contain sizing limits, product display arrangements. Whereby, this vendor is assigned to a particular stand and has first preference to which. This stand may or may not be relinquished or switch out for another stand.
Bustr clients who may be vendors at Bustrmrkt events are given special stands, assigned in advance in which vendors may not claim or be assigned to.
Vendors may receive assistance from Bustr personnel for stand set-ups at a limited degree. Bustr personnel may not be able to assist in any vendor’s request to handle or manage expensive, fragile or hazardous equipment or products.
Vendors with special offers, or attached additional services may be given
preference as to vendor set-ups and may be assisted with necessary elements
of setting-up once given notice to via the MRF in advance
8. Vendor Obligations
Listing Requirements
Vendors must submit listings of products via the MRF at time of registration for every new market.
Listings must include: the product’s name, category, price, description, target audience (if applicable), ingredients (for food items), if the product contains mature content, if the product is hazardous, indications of items for prize contribution and any extra special requirements relative to a vendor’s category.
All new listings must be registered for the specific marketplace and undergo approval before put on sale
Vendors must provide accurate and truthful product descriptions to avoid misleading consumers.
Selling prohibited, misleading, or fraudulent listings will result in an immediate ban from Bustrmrkt.
Vendors may edit or delete their listings as long as there are no active orders on them.
Vendors may price their listings at their sole discretion with advice from their agent.
Listings that are repeatedly flagged by buyers for misrepresentation may result in temporary or permanent participation restrictions or future product rejections.
Any listings containing gore, nudity or profanity, although they are not prohibited, may be censored, labelled and hidden from Bustrmrkt’s storefronts at Bustr’s discretion.
Duplicating listings, listings containing false claims, incomplete, vague or misleading product names or descriptions, irrelevant products in the wrong categories, impersonation, excessive special characters, spamming keywords, hate speech, racism, discrimination, or extremist symbols may be rejected.
Order Fulfilment
Vendors must deliver items within the promised timeframe as stated in their product listing.
If a product sold by a vendor is later revoked or taken back (e.g., stolen accounts), the vendor is fully responsible for issuing a replacement or may face a permanent ban.
If the vendor wishes to deliver via Bustrmrkt’s delivery service, this requires extra registration and compensation determined by Bustr for such additional service
Market-Specific Feedback System
Vendor’s may be assigned ratings that may be on display at Bustrmrkt platforms that are calculated separately for each market category and restricted to confirmed buyers of products or by Bustr’s evaluation of quality or reviews from other platforms where the product may also be on sale.
A vendor’s reputation in one category or product does not carry over to another.
Bustr will encourage buyers to leave detailed reviewsand feedback based on product quality, delivery time, and communication.
Fake reviews or review manipulation will result in penalties, including ranking resets or permanent bans.
Dispute Resolution & Buyer Responsibilities
The Issue Order system is a critical dispute resolution feature designed ONLY for serious and valid claims. Misusing this system WILL result in severe consequences, including loss of disputed funds and permanent account ban.
When Can Buyer File an Issue Order?
The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
The product is significantly different from the listing description.
The seller failed to fulfill the order as agreed or is unresponsive.
Transactions that do not align with the issues herein are final and irreversible.
Filing a dispute without a valid reason is considered FRAUD and will result in 100% of the disputed funds being released to the seller.
How Issue Orders Are Handled
Once an Issue Order is filed, the transaction is paused, and funds remain in Bustr’s account.
Both parties must submit evidence within 24 hours.
Admins will review all submitted evidence and make a final decision within 24-72 hours.
Admin decisions are FINAL and cannot be disputed.
Consequences of Abusing the Issue Order System
100% of the disputed funds will be released to the vendor.
Immediate and permanent ban
Limitation of Liability
Bustrmrkt only provides a marketplace and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of listings created by vendors. Any services from vendors on Bustrmrkt and, to websites, services, products, content or other material of third parties, including without limitation Platformers does not amount to an endorsement from Bustr in which Bustr is not responsible or liable for any such third-party services or materials made available through Bustrmrkt (“Third-Party Services”). Buyers access such Third-Party Services at their own risk and affirm this as subject to these terms and conditions of use applicable to such Third Party Services. Bustr encourages buyers to read reviews for products before purchase and for vendors to you to review the privacy and terms of use policies made available to you by such third parties. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IS SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE APPLICABLE TO SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES.
Bustrmrkt is not responsible for any transactions conducted outside of the platform.
If Bustrmrkt experiences technical failures, force majeure, or system downtime, the platform is not liable for any loss of earnings or transaction disruptions
Bustrmrkt is not liable for any losses resulting from:
User actions, including scams or fraudulent transactions.
External hacks, exploits, or security breaches beyond Bustrmrkt’s control.
Volatility, transaction delays, or network failures.

Bustrmrkt reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without liability to users.
9. Prohibitions
In alignment with or in addition to any rules or regulations stated herein, or on MTP, VRR or SRRnoticed to on RS, participants and officials within Bustrmrkt, as a condition to their participation, are prohibited as to the following:
Conducts
The use of language that contains or promotes Hate speech, racism, threats, abusive language, intimidation, harassment towards another vendor, customer or agent of Bustrmrkt.
Repeated spam messages, including excessive promotional content or repeated requests to the same customer or agent or any manipulative tactics that result in market disruption or participant discomfort
Making requests for off-platform transactions, encouraging participants to complete payments outside of Bustrmrkt or attempts to avoid platform fees.
Advertising, linking, or mentioning external market platforms through Bustr networks including sharing referral codes, discount links, or private groups related to other marketplaces.
Making fraudulent registrations including, misrepresentations made in pricing listings or other form fields & making multiple registrations in attempt to bypass listing limits or security protocols
Conducting sales unaffiliated with listings or activities not associated with Bustrmrkt through the use of its platforms or systems.
Tampering with, damaging or sabotaging approved products, services, notices, decorations or advertisements within Bustrmrkt put in place by sales unaffliated with listings or activities not associated with Bustrmrkt through the use of its platforms or systems.
Security
Sharing personal information or any private data associated with any participants on public Bustr platforms or networks, including putting this data on display in any products, notices, decorations or advertisements.
Exporting, sharing encrypted files, confidential documents and codes of access provided by Bustr to any unintended third party within or outside of Bustr networks.
Utilizing unauthorized software or systems unapproved by Bustr or promoting such use without permission from oAicials.
Advertising, linking, or mentioning external market platforms through Bustr networks including sharing referral codes, discount links, or private groups related to other marketplaces.
Fraudulent registrations including, misrepresentations made in pricing listings or other form fields & making multiple registrations in attempt to listing limits or security protocols.
Leaving vending stands unattended. Vendors must remain present or assign someone trustworthy to monitor their stand at all times. Bustr is not liable for any damage, theft, or customer mishandling of products
Touching or lifting vendor products unless: Invited by the artist, and proper safety precautions are in place as noticed in any submission of security protocol but the vendor.
NSFW Content
Products containing graphic violence, pornography, profanity, nudity, or other potentially disturbing subject matter are subject to review and regulation via the MRF where they must be listed as containing such ‘NSFW’ content. NSFW content submitted for review may receive approval under conditions and special regulations concerned with display and distribution.
Digital Display: On Bustr’s platforms, NSFW content may be censored, unpromoted and removed from select catalogues or storefronts at Bustr’s sole discretion.
Live Display: For Bustrmrkt’s live pop-ups or events, NSFW content may not display on vendor stands and may be segregated from other products or vendors, with an alert sign visible from a distance noticing it’s sensitive nature.
Censored or non-visible content may be substituted with descriptions or non explicit signage to vie for sale of their sensitive product where supplying these elements are the responsibility of the vendor.
Persons under 18 will be restricted from entering or approaching areas with NSFW content. Under no circumstance may a vendor show or attempt to sell products with NSFW content to anyone under 18
Additional services that promote such NSFW content may not be granted.
Author
Authors’ or vendors who make or sell book-related products are referred to in this section (‘Author’).
1. Collection Info
In listings submitted through the MRF, Authors are required to deliver the following special details for each game before every market attendance:

Short Description (1-2 sentences)
Longer Description (1–2 paragraphs)
Book Genre and Tags (e.g. romance, sci-fi, comic book, series)
Target Audience (e.g. all ages, 18+, etc.)
Request for Readings
Should the author wish to sell merchandise or items related to their book, this may be granted without changes to their participation option on the condition that all extra products are in connection to the IP of the qualified works.
2. Readings
Bustrmrkt (Live) may grant authors opportunities to host readings segments at the event. Upon a request for readings, the segment may be scheduled accordingly to the activities and time slots available for that market day. Requests for readings may be rejected at Bustr’s discretion or unavailable per a particular market.
3. Free Participation Qualifier
‘Authors’ or vendors who sell book-related products who may NOT be considered for free participation include book stores or publishers who import, collect or purchase books for resale where they are not the originators of the products on sale. These vendors may qualify for paid or discounted participation.
game dev
‘Game Developers’ or vendors who make or sell game-related products are referred to in this section (‘Game Dev’)
1. Equipment
Bustrmrkt may supply a limited number of resources to support the set ups of vendors in the category of game developers upon request. Resources may include laptops, screens, controllers, outlets, cables & storage drives. However, equipment may not be made available to vendors at every market, whereby its suppliance is not obligatory on Bustr’s behalf. the vendors responsibility to secure equipment
2. Game Build
Game Devs must specify the details of the build of their game/program via the MRF. These details should be inclusive of the following:
File Types:
Executable: .exe (Windows), .app (Mac), or .sh (Linux).
Web build: HTML5/WebGL (hostable in-browser).
Installers: ZIP or installer file (e.g. .msi).
Platform Requirements: which OS (es) the game supports (Windows, macOS,
System Requirements: Minimum and recommended system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS, etc.)
3. Game Info
In listings submitted through the MRF, Authors are required to deliver the following special details for each game before every market attendance:

Should the developer wish to sell merchandise or items related to their game, this may be granted without changes to their participation option on the condition that
all extra products are in connection to the IP of the qualified works.
4. Free Participation Qualifier
‘Game Developers’ or vendors who sell game-related products who may NOT be considered for free participation or special oAers (‘Special OAers’) include gaming or tech stores who import, collect or purchase books for re-sale where they are not the originators of the products on sale. These vendors may qualify for paid or discounted participation.
5. Special Offers & Media Assets
Game Dev participation includes advertisement and commercial structures integral to their participation within Bustrmrkt. This may be in the form of hosting of tournaments, reviews, features and displays across Bustr platforms. To successfully participate in a market fulfil this offer Game Devs may be required to submit the following where possible

Gameplay Trailer (MP4 or YouTube/Vimeo link)
Cover Art (for display purposes, e.g. 16:9 or 1:1)
Media Assets associated with the game.
Behind the Scenes Content
A demo, prototype or full version of the game
Submission of these details via any means of submission on Bustr’s platforms or to listed contacts or agents, unless otherwise stated, grants Bustr permission to showcase, decorate, endorse and edit these assets into ads for the market.
Game devs are to work collaboratively with Bustr’s producers on commercial aspects and monetization of their game on Bustrmrkt platforms to arrange best point of sale systems for profits. This may include integrating prizing systems, offering trials, extended plays or free plays to players or selling copies or samples of full games, demos or beta versions of their game.
A feedback system may be implemented at markets where players may be given a form specialized for review and recommendations of their experience playing the vendor’s game. This data may be reserved for the vendor for further improvements. There is no obligation for the vendor to make improvements however, negative audience feedback may influence Bustr’s suggestions and revocations of certain offers or adjustments of monetization limits in which is within Bustr’s right to offer fair service to Bustrmrkt customers as well as maintain vendor benefits.
In the event that the game dev’s game/program has repeated negative reviews or results at Bustrmrkt that potentially affect its reputation or customer experience, Bustr reserves the right to temporarily ban or restrict the vendor’s product until necessary improvements are made.

‘Artists’ or vendors who make or sell artworks are referred to in this section (‘Artist’)
1. Display Info
In listings submitted through the MRF, artists are required to deliver the following
special details for each item before every market attendance:

Artists wishing to use supplemental lighting or digital projection must submit a request in advance via the MRF. Power access is limited and prioritized for pre-approved setups.
Bustr may evaluate listings and communicate whether they are approved, where special displays that require additional preparation for Bustr may incur extra charges or costs for the vendor.
2. Display Regulations
Approved Layouts Only
Artists may not exceed the display area defined in their station size. All walls, racks, and easels must fit within assigned booth dimensions without encroaching on neighboring spaces.
Freestanding Items
Any easels, display stands, or grid walls must be stable, clean, and safe for high-traffic environments.
Hanging Artwork
Only artists approved for hanging displays may affix art to market fixtures. Artists must:
Use temporary, non-damaging hanging solutions
Bring their own standing racks or request permission to use wall fixtures in advance
3. Free Participation Qualifier
‘Artists’ or vendors who sell artwork who may NOT be considered for free participation include book stores or publishers who import, collect or purchase books for resale where they are not the originators of the products on sale. These vendors may qualify for paid or discounted participation.
Food
Vendors who make or sell food-related products whether they be chefs, bakers, ingredient holders or restaurants may not be considered a creative business or creator and therefore would not qualify for free participation.
1. Licensing & Compliance
Required Certifications All food vendors must:
Possess valid food handler’s certification, food business registration, or equivalent local compliance documentation.
Be able to present certification upon request from Bustr staff or venue managers
Permits & Inspection
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they meet all local health and safety regulations for mobile or pop-up food sales. Bustr is not liable for vendors failing compliance checks.
2. Food Safety & Handling
Sanitary Practices All food must be:
Prepared in a certified kitchen or safe prep environment.
Stored in clean, sealed, food-safe containers.
Handled using gloves, utensils, or barriers to prevent direct contact.
Temperature Control
Hot foods must be kept at safe holding temperatures (above 60°C /140°F)
Cold or chilled foods must remain under 5°C / 41°F
Bustr does not provide refrigeration or heating equipment unless prearranged under concierge or enhancement services
No On-Site Cooking Without Approval
Live cooking (e.g., grills, fryers, flames) is prohibited unless explicitly approved due to venue restrictions and safety concerns. Small warmers or food warmers may be permitted with prior disclosure.
3. Packaging & Labeling
Labeling Requirements Prepackaged or individually sold items must include:
Use of eco-friendly, biodegradable, or recyclable containers is encouraged and may be highlighted in Bustr promotions.
4. Booth Setup and Cleanliness
Clean Setup Required
Stations must remain clean, sanitized, and well-organized throughout the event. Surfaces should be wiped regularly and waste disposed of properly.
Waste & Spills
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up spills, food waste, or trash generated at their station. Violations may result in early booth closure or future exclusion.
Utilities & Water Access
Water access is not guaranteed. Vendors should bring their own sanitation supplies, including hand wipes, sanitizer, and waste disposal bags.
5. Sampling & Allergens
Sampling Rules Food samples may only be distributed if:
Served in bite-sized portions
Offered using gloves, toothpicks, or individual containers
Properly labelled with allergens
Allergen Responsibility
Vendors must actively disclose common allergens and are liable for failure to inform customers. Allergen signage is strongly recommended.
6. Beverage Vendors
Vendors offering drinks must ensure:
All beverages are pre-sealed or dispensed hygienically
Alcohol sales are prohibited unless licensed and approved by Bustr and the venue
7. Prize Contribution (If Applicable)
Food vendors contributing prize items must ensure:
The item is sealed, shelf-stable, and labelled
Allergen info and expiration dates are clear
No perishable or temperature-sensitive prizes are accepted
8. Safety & Liability
Food vendors assume full responsibility for:
Health risks associated with their product
Equipment brought on site
Interactions with consumers
Bustr is not liable for adverse reactions, contamination, or regulatory infractions tied to vendor food practices
Fashion
‘Fashion Designers’ or vendors who make or sell fashion-related products including the
vendors who sell apparel, footwear and accessories such as jewelry, hats, nails etc. are referred to in this section (‘Designers’)
1. Display Info
In listings submitted through the MRF, Fashion Designers are required to deliver the following special details for each item before every market attendance:
Notice of Custom Work or Tailored Items; Vendors offering custom fits or made-to-order clothing must outline:
Required lead time for delivery
Pricing for alterations or personalization
Method of follow-up contact (email, form, QR code, etc.)
Target Audience (e.g. all ages, 18+, etc.)
2. Station Setup & Presentation
Fitting Restrictions
Try-on stations or mirrors must be requested in the MRF. If approved in which the vendor may supply their own set-up for try-ons, stations must be stable and compact. No enclosed fitting rooms are allowed unless pre-approved under station enhancement services where it would be supplied or granted by Bustr at an extra charge or fee.
Display Racks & Tables
Vendors must bring their own racks, hangers, mannequins, or shelving that fit within the designated booth space. All elements must be clean and stable.
Styling Displays
Full-body mannequins, fashion signage, and styled outfits are encouraged for visual merchandising, but must not obstruct foot traffic or neighboring vendors or exceed limitations within event or station layouts.
3. Health & Safety
Hygiene of Items
All wearable goods must be clean and odor-free. Previously worn, thrifted, or upcycled items must be clearly labelled as such and freshly laundered.
No Direct Application
Vendors may not assist customers in dressing, pinning, or altering garments during the market without the customer’s consent and sanitary safeguards.
Accessories & Jewelry
Items that touch the skin (e.g., earrings, piercings, chokers) must be either:
Pre-packaged, or
Displayed in a way that prevents direct skin contact before purchase.
4. Respect Body Diversity
Fashion vendors are encouraged to offer inclusive sizing or display size availability transparently. Shaming or dismissive behavior around body types is strictly prohibited.
5. Prize Contribution (If Applicable)
Fashion vendors contributing apparel or accessories as prizes must:
Submit one-size, adjustable, or neutral sizing options where possible
Ensure the item is clean, new, and matches brand standards
Package the prize attractively for presentation
OR prize contributions may be by order where the vendor takes the winning
customer’s order for a particular item which will be tailored or to their sizing and
preference. Orders must be fulfilled within a stated reasonable timing that must
be adhered to.
6. Free Participation Qualifier
‘Fashion Designers’ or vendors who sell fashion-related products (inclusive of apparel, footwear and accessories such as jewellery, hats, nails etc.) who may NOT be considered for free participation include retailers who import, collect or purchase pre made items for resale where they are not the originators of sufficient elements of design. These vendors may qualify for paid or discounted participation.
