2. Payment Structure

• Compensation is based on a per-attendee rate.
• Final payment will be calculated using the confirmed attendee count (via ticket scans, guest list, or agreed verification method).
• A non-refundable deposit equal to a minimum guaranteed fee of 200TTD is required to confirm the booking. No booking will be held without this payment.
• Final totals based on per-attendee count must be settled immediately after the booking time period, using the agreed verification method (ticket scans, guest list, etc.). Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash in Trinidad & Tobago dollars.

3. Travel & Expenses

• The Riddim Rabbit team will cover all travel and transportation costs independently.
• These expenses are not included in the per-attendee rate and will not be reimbursed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Equipment & Handling

• The experience involves delicate and specialized equipment.
• The host/organizer must ensure:
  • A safe, secure, and weather-protected space for setup and operation
  • No unauthorized handling or interference by guests or staff
  • Adequate power supply and setup conditions (if required)
• The host is liable for any damage caused by negligence, mishandling, or unsafe conditions.

5. Setup & Access

• A minimum of 30 minutes is required for setup and breakdown.
• The team must be granted timely access to the venue before and after the event.

6. Safety & Environment

• The host agrees to maintain a safe environment suitable for both performers and equipment.
• The team reserves the right to pause or withdraw services if conditions pose a risk to safety or equipment integrity.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation should ideally be a minimum of 2 hours before the booking time. Cancellation may not incur a cancellation fee.
• Deposits (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Media & Usage

• The host/organizer is solely responsible for establishing and enforcing all attendee photography and videography policies, including obtaining any required consent from attendees.
• Where minors are present, the host must ensure explicit parental or guardian consent is obtained for any media capture in which they may appear.
  
• Riddim Rabbit and its team shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the capture or use of attendee likeness where the host has failed to secure proper consent.
  
• The host may use Riddim Rabbit’s name, likeness, and event media for organic promotion of the event and their brand only.
  
• Any use of Riddim Rabbit branding, visuals, or recorded content in paid advertising, sponsorships, or commercial campaigns requires prior written approval.
• All branding and media usage must be accurate, non-misleading, and aligned with the Riddim Rabbit brand.
• Riddim Rabbit reserves the right to request removal of any unauthorized or misrepresentative content.
• Riddim Rabbit retains the right to capture and use its own media from the event for promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
