Join Our Campaign

1. Introduce/Promote Your Brand in Japanese Markets

DETAILS

Step 1 – Brand intake & objectives
Once you join as a Participant, Sponsor, or both, the Bustr team holds a short intake to understand your brand, products, and goals for Tokyo Game Show and Japan (awareness, B2B leads, testing, etc.).

Step 2 – Ad material preparation
You provide logos, key visuals, trailers, and product descriptions. The team adapts these assets for campaign use—sizing for TGS displays, digital formats for Bustr platforms, and any simple localization or context needed for Japanese audiences, where applicable.Bustr-In-Japan-Campaign-Participant-or-Sponsor-Packages.pdf

Step 3 – Placement across campaign touchpoints
Your brand is then positioned across the relevant touchpoints, depending on your role:

– As a Participant: on‑site booth materials, distributed product packaging or inserts, and in‑person talking points.

– As a Sponsor: Bustr in Japan posts, press mentions, multimedia ads, and event‑related collateral.

Step 4 – Live brand exposure at TGS
During Tokyo Game Show, your brand benefits from continuous visibility: on the show floor via exhibition activity, and online / in media via the Bustr in Japan campaign outputs.

2. Distribute/Sell your products and services at Tokyo Game Show

DETAILS

Step 1 – Logistics & product planning
Before the event, the team confirms what you will showcase (games, merch, services, prototypes), quantities, and any special handling instructions. Shipping timelines and warehouse arrangements are aligned so items arrive and are stored correctly in Japan.

Step 2 – On‑site set‑up with concierge support
Your products and materials are brought from storage to the booth or designated distribution areas. A campaign agent or concierge supports layout, display, and basic attendee engagement, making sure your offer is presented clearly and professionally.

Step 3 – Product tracking during the event
Throughout the 5‑day event, product and material distribution is tracked—how many units go out, where they are placed, and any notable attendee interactions or B2B interest. This tracking forms part of the performance data you receive later.

Step 4 – Practical support for exhibitors
Participants may receive up to 10 exhibitor passes for the full event under agreed terms, ensuring team members are able to access the floor, meet partners, and coordinate with the concierge to manage activity.

3. Access Japanese business contact lists and follow‑up support

DETAILS

Step 1 – Curated contact list creation
During and surrounding Tokyo Game Show, Bustr builds and refines a contact list of Japanese businesses relevant to the campaign: distributors, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.

Step 2 – Stakeholder mapping to your goals
Your objectives (e.g., distribution for a mobile game, manufacturing for merch, publishing support) are matched to segments of that contact list so you receive relevant leads rather than a generic directory.

Step 3 – Delivery of contact access
After the campaign activities, your access to these contacts is formalized—either through a shared list, controlled introductions, or both, depending on your engagement level and agreed terms.

Step 4 – Follow‑up agent support (up to 60 days)
For up to 60 days after the business venture, a follow‑up agent is available to help coordinate outreach, schedule meetings, and structure early conversations with Japanese counterparts, so leads can progress into real B2B opportunities.

4. Receive data and performance reports on products and ads

DETAILS

Step 1 – Defining what to measure
Ahead of the event, you and the team agree on what success looks like: number of samples distributed, sign‑ups, scans, business meetings, or content engagement on Bustr platforms.

Step 2 – Data collection during the campaign
Throughout Tokyo Game Show and related campaign activity, these metrics are tracked across on‑site distribution, digital channels, and B2B interactions, using simple, practical methods appropriate to the booth and materials.Bustr-In-Japan-Campaign-Participant-or-Sponsor-Packages.pdf

Step 3 – Compiling product/ad performance sheets
After the event, all collected data is processed into performance sheets for each distributed product or ad—showing volumes, engagement, and notable outcomes or leads generated.

Step 4 – Practical support for exhibitors
Participants may receive up to 10 exhibitor passes for the full event under agreed terms, ensuring team members are able to access the floor, meet partners, and coordinate with the concierge to manage activity.
